- Dr. Whitworth works to return portal, mobile, and email messages from current patients within 4-24 hours during business hours

PAYMENT
- Payment is expected at the time of service, and a deposit will be taken when scheduling initial appointment to reserve your time
- Dr. Whitworth cannot bill insurance for mediation and court evaluation services (Parenting Plans & Parenting Coordination)
- A Superbill will be provided for clinical services for reimbursement from your insurance company, but insurance is not directly accepted
- All information is completed and stored electronically via Simple Practice
- Scheduling, payment, and billing is available through Simple Practice online portal
